TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

GENERAL TERMS

I will work under the assumption that you have read my ToS.
I have the right to decline any commission if I choose.All commissions are delivered digitally.Finished commissions will be sent by email, .png format (in case of animated emotes, they will be delivered in gif format, animated screens in webm, widgets code + instructions).My artwork and commissions, cannot be used as NFTs or fed into AI.You are free to contact me for changes or if you want to add something to your commission.

PAYMENT AND REFUND

All payments are made through Ko-fi, Vgen, Etsy.
The currency accepted is € Euro.
I require payment upfront (for orders over 200€ payment can be splitted in 2 installments but you must contact me first).
I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.Tips are appreciated but not necessary!

DELIVERY & PROCESS

Delivery time depends on communication time, my workload, order size and the queue, if you want to skip it I do accept rush orders.
Commissions with specific deadlines and rush fee may be pushed to the top of the queue above other commissions to be able to finish in time.
Rush fees are at least + 50% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.
(+50% price).
I will provide an estimate time for completion, you may request a WIP at any time.
All commissions are completed on a first come first serve basis. Clients will be able to also track the progress in my Trello as well as an estimated project delivery date.

NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
This is especially important to consider if you are an Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.
If applicable, an NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.

FINAL PRODUCT

Credit is required when you post or use it on another platform.
You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
